untuk extensi yang pertama, CC tersebut dapat langsung diinstal menggunakan launcher sims3 nya sendiri, tapi sebelum anda menginstal nya, CC tersebut harus anda letakkan di
User document/electronic arts/the sims 3/downloads
sedangkan untuk extensi kedua (.package), cara yang termudah adalah dengan meng copy, CC yang berextensi .package tersebut ke : User document/electronic arts/the sims 3/mods/packages tapi sebelum itu, anda harus mempunyai 1 file lagi yang bernama RESOURCE.CFG yang diletakan di 2 folder yang sudah saya tandai merah tersebut. file tersebut dapat anda download di akhir post ini, dan ingat, jika anda menggunakan file yang berextensi .package, harap selalu memperhatikan compatible versionnya, karena terkadang, jika file tersebut tidak compatible, akan menyebabkan crash pada game sims 3 anda

s3pe merupakan sebuah program yang berguna untuk membuat atau mengedit file yang berextensi .package, disini saya akan memberikan tutorial untuk meng - repack beberapa mods sims 3 anda yang ber extensi .package, sehingga mods yang ada dapat dijadikan 1 .package saja
  1. Jalankan program S3PE, bila belum memiliki anda dapat mendownloadnya dari sini
2. Setelah S3PE terbuka, pilih FILE ->NEW
3. Klik kanan di area putih, IMPORT -> (EXPERIMENTAL) As Dbc
4. Akan keluar Box Warning, cari option "I have read bla bla bla..."
5. Pilih Packages yang akan kalian repack, disarankan untuk merepack beberapa package menjadi 1 file package yang ukurannya dibawah 200mb
6. Keluar Box "Auto Save Current Package bla bla bla", pilih No
7. Urutkan berdasarkan INSTANCE, hapus INSTANCE yang bernilai 0x00000000000000
8. Lalu Save, selesai

Keuntungan Meng-Repack .package :
1. beberapa file dijadikan 1, sehingga membuat isi folder mods anda lebih sedap dipandang :)
2. mengurangi loading saat akan masuk ke sims, karena game membaca lebih sedikit file .package

Kekurangan Meng-Repack .package :
1. bila ada 1 mods yang tidak compatible, anda akan susah mencari mods mana yang bikin sims 3 anda crash
